To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of SELOVE for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, products, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
